More photographic impressions from paddling Lake Dillon last Sunday: magnificent mountain vistas, clear water, variable weather including heavy showers, a lot of sails, many kayaks, and lot of dead forest destroyed by Mountain Pine Beetle.

You need to click thumbnails to see larger uncropped image versions. All pictures were shot with Pentax Optio W10 from my Thunderbolt-X kayak. It was a short paddle trip starting at Frisco Marina following the 10 mile Colorado River Race in Glenwood Canyon from Dotsero to Hanging Lake.
