Kayaking Colorado with Fall Colors near Fort Collins

Colorado fall kayaking

No gold aspens in my neighborhood, but I am happy with gold cottonwood trees on the Beaver Pond shores in Arapaho Bend Natural Area near Fort Collins.

This picture of the Sisson Nucleus kayak was shot during one of my evening paddle workout in the very end of September last year. Camera: Canon EOS 10D on Gitzo Mountaineer tripod. As you can see sometimes I am taking my DSLR camera for paddling in addition to my regular Pentax Optio W10. Colors are still good in the Beaver Pond so I expect more fall pictures from this year featuring Thunderbolt-x kayak.
