The above 640x480 pixel picture is a frame extracted from the original video clip shot with Pentax Optio WP10. It is not a great quality but it is sufficient for web publishing, especially, if you resize the image to a smaller one. It means that you have a hidden rapid shooting mode in the Pentax Optio W-series camera providing 30 or 15 frames per second with 640x480 resolution.
The video was shot during my first paddling on the Beaver Pond in Arapaho Bend Natural Area near Fort Collins, CO - just playing in a small area of free water and pushing the kayak through a soft ice. The resulting video clip is about 1 minute long (~5 Mb).
The camera was mounted on the kayak deck with a sticky pod camera mount - a suction cup with a knuckle and no extensions. This is my typical use of the sticky pod. Another sticky pod suction cup is used to mount Garmin Edge 305 GPS on my deck.
